We have unapologetically high standards. Many people may even think these standards are unreasonable. We believe the expectations we set for ourselves become self-fulfilling prophecies. For that reason, we aim high and continually push ourselves to deliver a high-quality experience for our customers. We deliver on our high standards by being meticulous about details. We do the homework to know what details to focus on. We question and audit our data and processes frequently. We’re also frugal and make sure that each dollar produces a tangible return on investment.

Everyone has different life experiences that shape their worldview. We welcome them all. Inclusive to us is multifaceted. It’s how we approach the health systems, our employment structure, openness to ideas because it’s just who we are. It is also key to how we communicate. Like campers visiting a campsite, we not only clean up after ourselves but also improve the area for future visitors by picking up litter left by others or repairing any damage. Essentially, we strive to leave a positive legacy and ensure that our impact is a beneficial one.
